is cut by the Dallas Cowboys.
I as a Cowboys fan am not to happy. i believe that we dont save any money and that it actually hurts our cap money. but we just lost a very productive wr. i know all the off the field and locker room issue but he is still a dominant wr. and the only Cowboy I hate is now a starter. Patrick "I drop the ball again" Crayton

Giants chemistry wont change too much they would have a head case trouble causing WR ;D

ive read some interesting posts on cbssportsline and three teams have come up the most in discussions for TO
the most talked about option is of course Al Davie and the Raiders. everyone knows that this is toataly Al's thing to sign somebody like TO. my thoughts are though that his stomach is still sick after that awful tenure Moss gave the Raiders
Second is the Patriots. this doesnt seem like a good fit to me because they already have a giant ego in Moss and have a solid compliment in Welker. BUT Welker plays best in the slot and Moss TO and Welker makes Brady a wet dream times ten for fantasy owners. you would be happy if those were your wr for your fantasy team let alone your nfl team. they also have 19 mil in cap space after trading Vrabel and cassel and Gafney left to Denver.
the third Team is the Vikings after loosing out to Seattle in the Housh sweepstakes. TO prob wouldnt be happy there since there is no QB and they are a run run run team with ADP and Chestor. but TO would make the Vikings a top team in the NFC instantly.
although all three teams dont seem like a good fit i cant think of any other real possibilities. who knows where TO ends up playing next year?

I was happy to see this release by the Cowboys, they were a better team with him, minus the headaches. But Owens when happy is still an elite WR and any team out there is better with him. Now the question is what team would want a head case like TO who every where he goes will disrupt the team chemistry. The good news is that TO doesn’t have many years left. I am also happy that I traded TO 1 month ago hehehehe by by TO
A perfect fit for TO well, not sure what teams would take a flyer on this guy… I don’t see Raiders being stupid enough to sign him and besides do u think TO wants to play where he has no QB. I seriously have no idea where did guy will land….

I htink Seattle should still be in the market for a WR since I am not a branch beleiver. Its hard to guess who would want him as this year this years draft has alot of receiver depth. I think Owens will be waiting until after the draft before he gets signed.
Just a thought

What do u guys make of this Braylon Edwards rumour?.... Could it happen , cleveland trades there Braylon and draft Crabtree in the draft?? OR what about those Cutler and Quinn rumores flying around. I don’t see any of those happening except maybe Braylon. What kind of pick for Braylon? Is he worth a later 1st.. Or maybe a 2nd and 3rd

hell if i was a team that had a top 3 pick i would trade for braylon and the browns first rounder. you get an establisehd wr unlike crabtree then you can get another starting caliber player with the browns pick. the lions should do it. they would have braylon and calvin opposite eachother with bryant jhonson in the slot and kevin smith running the ball then at number 5 they could take curry if he is still available if not they could go best ot. then take ot at their later pick. if they end up grabbing to ot then good for them. but if they get curry and a ot with braylon that would have to be one of the best 1st round drafts in history!

by the way the cowboys lost $9 mil in cap room by releasing TO. they recovered $1 mil in cap by releasing safety roy williams, but that leaves the cowboys with $15 mil in dead cap by the release of 3 players (Brad Jhonson, Roy Williams, and TO) and trading Anthony Henry. thats a lot of dead cap for trying to give Ware probably the second largest contract in NFL history to a defensive player

Mangini is going to take that team and run it in the ground.

i think they should be drafting knoshaun moreno or chris beanie wells. they need the rb and it would make that rb the top fantasy rookie back next year!!

either RB should not be drafted before the 15th pick or so there is little need at RB in the NFL right now you can wait on one. A team that knows what it is doing would wait until round 2 to draft a RB in thier position Aaron Maybin or Brian Orakpo would be good choices for the Browns I think. Or possibly Eugene Monroe. You can never go wrong with a good Tackle.

yea they need to grab one of those top rb with their 2nd rounder. mccoy from pit someone like that. i saw a mock draft that had moreno somewhere in the last 5 picks and no other rb in the first round so they could still get wells or mccoy in the second. they really need a rb though. lewis is running out of miles
