Bad news. In researching how to set up our system of FA bidding, I found the definitive answer:
"MyFantasyLeague.com was not designed for "Open/EBay bidding" for free agents, and as such, we do not support or suggest that you attempt this style of waivers. Only the most dedicated commissioners will want to attempt to implement this style of waivers. If you'd like tips/tricks on how to set up Open/EBay bidding, please see our Community Forums for suggestions from other MyFantasyLeague.com customers who have experience with the potential "gotchas" associated with Open/EBay bidding."
After reading the forums it's pretty clear they have no interest in adding this feature. People have been requesting it for years. All suggested workarounds do not apply to our particular system.
So we have to keep the message board. The question is, should we keep the old one which allows for better organization, or this one so all league business is in one place?

I was hoping to be in one place, but since it is just for free agent bidding I am for what is cleanest. My vote is for the old one at this time. If the commish feels a different venue makes his life easier I would change my vote.
