Return yards, 50 yards = 1 point
Is that 50 yards on one return, or 1 point per 50 yards total per game? Thanks.

Position Eligibility:
for rookies you can list them on your roster as ESPN, NFL.com or whatever site you want for it. NO proof is needed at all. However We are all held hostage to the position eligibility ESPN has on thier fantasy football stat service form season to season. I dont think they have position eligibility up yet but it may be wise to couble check your rookies on an ESPN league you participate in. I know from dealing with the in the past they rarely budge on such things.

Does the free agnecy period wait until June 1, or can it start as soon as the draft(s) are concluded? this one we are playing by ear as we do not know when the drafts will end. Charles and I will have ot get our heads together and come up with a solid answer. and get back to everyone. We also need to answer when we will open the practice squad bidding as well.

Q: How do I announce a waive?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A: on the Free Agents board there are ten subboards coresponding to every fantasy position we have. Make a post on the appropriate board. The title should be in the following format... Joe Sixpack, Pos, Team (Released).
Put any buyout information inside the thread.

Q: if I decide to trade away a player for cash (towards my salary cap), I don't suffer any salary-cap penalties, do I?
For example, let's say I have Joe Sixpack (RB) and I want to trade him to another team for $2, I get that $2 towards my salary cap and the other team gets Joe Sixpack and I don't get any penalties, right?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A: The salary and contract (if any) of Joe Sixpack travel with him when he is traded. There are no penalties to trade. Yes, salary cap $$ can be traded and it is allowed. If you would trade a player for $$ only but we would strongly encourage you not to do that as you will not get proer value back. We would prefer you to have a trade be player A and cash for Player B . You also may trade a player for a drat pick and you may gain cap releif that way as well.

Q: If I buy out a players contract and then want to sign him, do I count both salaries?
example - Player A dropped for $3 for 1 year
then pick up Player A for $1 for 1 year
Would that count $1 or $4 against my cap?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A: That is correct it would cost you $4 total for the year. The buyout money is erased at the end of the seaosn though. so the buyout money counts only for the season you buy them out for. this technnique works best if you can sign the player to a multiyear deal that has a lower salary than when you first signed him.
